How it works

One flat rate, one level

25% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected from every qualifying program your organization introduces, for up to 24 months per referral. One level — no downline, no tiers, and nothing counted from anybody else’s referrals. FirstPromoter tracks every referral and shows payout details in the partner dashboard.

The rules, in plain language

Nobody is ever paid for recruiting. Money is only generated when a real customer buys and pays for a subscription.
Adults share it. Never the athletes or members you serve.
Paid to the organization on a completed W‑9 — never to a personal account.
It is recurring for up to 24 months per qualifying referral — beginning with that referred subscriber’s first successful payment.
Commissions adjust automatically for refunds, cancellations and changes of plan.
Self-referrals do not count. Introducing your own second locker earns nothing.

What the administrator controls

The Partnership Program control is admin-only. The organization’s authorized administrator opens FirstPromoter from the locker and manages registration, links, marketing materials, performance, commissions and payouts there.

Questions we get asked

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There is no participation fee and no minimum. Enrollment is limited and applications are subject to approval. If nobody you introduce ever subscribes, you owe nothing and earn nothing.

Who gets the money?

The organization that owns the locker, on a completed W‑9. Never an individual’s personal account. That is a rule of the program, not a preference.

What are the rates?

The rate is a flat 25% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected for up to 24 months per qualifying referral. FirstPromoter shows the referral and payout details.

What happens if somebody cancels?

The commission stops when that locker closes, and any refunded or charged-back payment is adjusted automatically.

Can members share it?

Adults share it — officers, staff, coaches and parents. The members you serve never do.

Do I have to sign in again?

Yes. The locker opens FirstPromoter in a separate secure tab, and FirstPromoter manages the partner account and session.
