The Possession ReportPowered by PBiR
Basketball intelligence · 2026-27

Everybody in your program,
reading the same page.

Two hours after the buzzer, your staff and your players are looking at what every action out there was actually worth — from the same certified record, at the same time.

That is what changes the next practice. Everyone walks in already knowing what happened, so the conversation starts where it should.

The whole idea

You are what your data says you are.

Every program has an identity. The useful question is whether the one you believe matches the one the record shows — and most staffs have never had a way to check.

We show you your DNA: where your value genuinely comes from, strand by strand, and whether it adds up. Then the same engine turns around and shows you the DNA of the team you play next.

WHAT THE RECORD SAIDUCONN 2025-26
A team that gets to the Final Four is usually described by how it scores. For this roster the biggest edge was somewhere else entirely — 722 assists against 401 turnovers, and 293 offensive rebounds.

Good staffs sense that in the room. The record is how you prove it, and how you know which of your instincts to trust in April.
Say you are a tough team, a defensive team, a team that owns the glass. The record either backs you or it points somewhere you had not looked — and both answers are worth having before you play.
What it actually builds

Build a smarter basketball program.

Not better reports. A program where everybody is working from the same evidence.

A staff that sees the game through one lens.
No more three versions of the truth by game day.
Players who understand why they won — or lost.
Each one with their own certified record, not a stat line.
Practices that start with evidence, not opinion.
The room has already read the same page before it fills.
Decisions made on the record.
Who starts, which lineup works, which portal player fits, what your identity really is.
Why it exists

In most programs, nobody owns it.

An assistant builds the scout. Video cuts the film. Somebody pulls numbers on a laptop at midnight. None of it lives in one place or speaks one language, and by game day nobody is sure which version is true. This is one certified intelligence platform instead — and everything below reads off the same ledger.

The intelligence centre

One source of basketball intelligence.

Every coach. Every player. Every report. Every decision. One secure place — and your locker, your rules: the admin decides who sees what.

Intelligence one assistant keeps on a laptop is a file. It becomes intelligence when the staff and the roster all have it and can talk about it. Your whole program, up to 60 people, each with their own access — nobody shares a login.

How the intelligence reaches you

Six ways it lands. One story.

Same engine, same ledger, six moments in the week when your program needs to know something. The buzzer sounds and roughly two hours later your staff is reading what every action on that floor was worth — and so is every player on your roster.

You knew you lost the second half. This tells you the possession it happened on.

The Team Locker

Practice starts from evidence, not from memory.

Your whole program, up to 60 people, each with their own secure access — nobody shares a login. The shelf holds every report your program owns. The team board is one running conversation that scrolls back through the whole season, so a question asked in November is still there in March. Your roster is yours — the admin you designate adds or removes anyone in seconds, and only that admin can order, so nobody commits your program to something it has not agreed to.

The intelligence engine

Powered by PBiR

The box score records what happened. PBiR converts every recorded action into one certified measure of what it was worth to a possession — and every one of the six reads off that single engine.

Questions coaches ask first

Ten answers, straight. Open any of them.

01 How long is the commitment?
Month to month at $999, and you can cancel any time. Everything is included — no à la carte menu. A program that only wants the Locker and PBiR on its own uploaded games can choose The Platform, from $99 a month by the size of the room. A program that is not getting value out of it should not be locked into a year.
02 Who gets access?
Your whole program — up to 60 designated coaches, staff and players, each with their own Team Locker access. Bigger than 60? Contact us.
03 Can assistants and players log in?
Yes. Every designated recipient has their own account and sees every report your program owns. Nobody shares a login.
04 How many reports do we get?
A Game Recap after every game and a Scouting Report before every opponent, plus In-Season Evaluations and Player Pages. The Weekly Pulse arrives every week, midweek.
05 How long are the reports?
The In-Season Evaluation runs 36 pages and the Scouting Report 16. Recaps vary with the game — the report prints what the certified data supports, and names anything it withheld.
06 What happens after the season ends?
The platform shifts from game preparation to roster construction. Your subscription moves to transfer portal evaluations, NIL intelligence, mock roster analysis, preseason team evaluations, lineup modelling and incoming player reports. Your program receives basketball intelligence year-round — not just when games are being played.
07 Am I paying for months when nothing arrives?
No. Every month of the calendar has deliverables, and the heaviest months are the ones you are competing in. Every product on the calendar is live, built on the same certified engine.
08 Can you evaluate a player who is not on my roster?
Yes — that is what portal evaluation and roster construction are for. Any player with a certified game record is graded on the same PBiR scale as your own roster, so you compare production rather than reputation.
09 What if the data is incomplete?
It is disclosed. Findings publish when supported and are withheld when they are not, with every excluded game named by opponent and date.
10 What does it cost, and is there a contract?
Playback Intelligence is $999 a month, cancel any time — everything included, no à la carte menu, and no annual contract. The Platform starts at $99 a month, by the size of the room, for any organization that wants the Locker and PBiR on its own uploaded games. The decision each month stays yours.
