in plain English.

What you send, and what we do with it

You export your own game statistics from the video platform you already pay for, and you upload them into your Team Locker. We never ask for film and we never store it. The engine grades the export, presses a certified report, and files it back to your locker.

Your reports are yours. Download them, print them, hand them to your athletic director, put them on a projector. Nothing about that is restricted.

The certified record

Every graded game also writes a line to the certified record: the player, the program, the season, and what they produced. That record is what makes a season evaluation, a player page, and a career history possible. Without it, the numbers would live and die inside a single PDF.

• We keep only what a report prints — number, name, position, class, graduation year, and the thirteen graded actions. No height, no weight, no home address, no contact information, no grades, no medical anything.
• A player's record follows the player, not the program. High school and club games sit on one certified history, because they belong to the same kid.
• Nothing is modelled or estimated. Every figure traces to the file you sent.

Exposure — and your control of it

A certified production record is worth more to a player than a highlight reel, because a reel is curated and a record is not. College coaches can search the certified record for players who actually produced.

• You can turn it off. Program-only is a setting. Ask and we will set your program's record to private, and it stays inside your locker.
• You can pull a player out. A parent or coach asks, that player comes off the searchable record. No argument, no form, no delay.
• We do not sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else, and we never will. The product is the intelligence, not your roster.

Who can see what

• Inside your locker — your staff and your roster, up to twenty people, each with their own sign-in. You decide who is in the room and you can close a door in one click.
• Messages are private by design. One to one, visible only to authorized participants through the Locker interface, and encrypted in transit and at rest. A locker administrator may choose to enable message oversight for their room — recommended for rooms with minors — in which case every member is told on the messaging screen and oversight applies from that moment forward, never to earlier messages. We do not read messages as a matter of course; administrative access is controlled and logged.
• The public boards carry programs and, where the record is shared, players and what they produced. Nothing else.

Billing — the Season Pass (high school & club)

• The Season Pass runs twelve months from the day you activate, at $1,200 a year, $99 a month, or $995 prepaid. Same pass either way.
• Month to month means month to month. No season-long contract, no early-termination fee. Cancel any time and billing stops at the end of the month you paid for.
• If a pass lapses, the locker closes — it is not erased. Renew and everything is exactly where you left it. Reports you already downloaded are yours to keep either way — a certified report is your program's record of its own season.

Billing — the Complete Program (college)

• The Complete Program runs $999 a month, month to month. Same rule: no season-long contract, cancel any time, billing stops at the end of the paid month.
• The full report catalogue — evaluations, scouting, Team DNA as each is released — rides on the program's plan. What your plan carries is listed in your locker's request menu, and that menu is the truth.
• Everything above about your data, your roster's privacy, and the certified record applies to a college program exactly as written.

Refunds, in plain English

• All sales are final. The protection is the month-to-month structure itself: the most any program ever has at stake is one month, and you can end it any time. Compare that with the season-long, non-refundable contracts standard in this industry.
• A certified report is delivered work product. The machine graded your files, pressed your report, and filed it to your shelf — once it is there, that service has been rendered, the same as any delivered work.
• If something genuinely went wrong, tell us. After 30 days, refund requests are reviewed case by case, at our discretion. We built this for coaches, and we act like it — but the ask has to be about something real, not a season of reports already on the shelf.

What belongs to us

The reports you receive are yours — use them, share them inside your program, hand them to anyone you like. That has not changed and will not.

What stays ours is the machine that makes them. The PBiR scale and its point values, the certification rules, the report engine, the code, the report designs and page layouts, the site, and the writing on it. Those are our property and our trade secrets.

So, plainly, you agree not to:

• copy our report designs, page layouts, or site into a competing product;
• reverse engineer, or attempt to derive, our scoring values, weights, thresholds, or certification logic — including by working backwards from reports;
• scrape, harvest, or automatically extract our pages, rankings, or reports;
• redistribute or resell reports outside your own program;
• use the service, an account, or a subscription to build, train, benchmark, or market a competing basketball or betting intelligence product.

Reports carry markings that identify the account they were issued to. If a report of ours turns up somewhere it does not belong, we can tell where it came from. Accounts used for any of the above are closed without refund, and we keep every other right the law gives us.

What we promise about the numbers

• Every figure traces to a source file. Nothing modelled, projected or filled in.
• Where the source records nothing, the report says so — a dash, never a zero.
• Rates publish above a minutes floor, because an eight-minute rate and a thirty-minute rate are not the same claim.
• Every page states what it stands on — a data export or a screen capture, named as what it is.
